Annoying Pimple

I woke up this morning with this itchy and irritating pimple in my back and in my neck.I rarely got pimple in my face, only when I sleep too late or I ate too much greasy foods. I think it's the good weather here in Crescent City. I remember when I was in the Philippines, where we live is dusty and hot, I got acne all the time. In fact my brother who is still there is complaining about his severe acne in his neck and his back. He's embarrassed to go to the beach because of his skin condition. He needs to learn more about his skin problem before it will get into his face. He needs to find out what are the causes and solutions so that he will get rid of these annoying pimples.
